💪 Your Mission

We’re looking for someone to help bring our ambitions to life and play a key role in growing our presence in Flanders!

Does this sound like you?

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Strengthen our sales team by introducing eBloom to the right audiences and converting prospects into clients.
  • Manage incoming leads from various channels.
  • Build your own client portfolio and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales process.
  • Take charge of our existing pipeline in Flanders, expertly cultivated last year by Matteo.
  • Be the go-to contact for prospects, ensuring a seamless handover to our account managers after closing contracts.
  • Solve challenges quickly, staying commercially savvy and transparent.
  • Represent eBloom at events (conferences, networking sessions, trade fairs, etc.) to significantly boost our visibility.

🤩 Your Profile

  • You’re passionate about leadership, management, or the HR sector, and you want to contribute to improving workplace well-being.
  • Fluent in Dutch (native) and English (French is a plus).
  • Social and enjoy building new relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with quick responses to prospects.
  • Confident managing a sales process from start to finish.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, results-oriented, and proactive in finding solutions rather than excuses.
  • Eager to continuously develop both hard and soft skills.
  • Detail-oriented and take pride in completing tasks thoroughly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A team player who supports the growth of others.
  • Hold a valid driver’s license.
