And these same workers can then contribute to changes and improvements directly from the app!
Thanks to dashboards, feedback is communicated real-time to managers and HR to give them a clear understanding of the situation in order to identify concrete levers to enhance employee experience.

We’re looking for someone to help us reach our ambitions and play a key role in our growth.
Could this be you?
- Equip our clients—dynamic companies with 20 to 400 employees—with stellar support to maximize their long-term adoption of our tool.
- Manage your own clients portfolio. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust and responsiveness. Become more than a service provider—be a trusted partner.
- Manage every step of the client journey, from smooth onboarding to regular check-ins or event invitations, from subscription renewals to conducting exit interviews if necessary. Ensure each phase is handled with care and precision.
- Stay one step ahead with proactive client follow-ups. Anticipate needs and check in regularly to keep things running smoothly and to show clients they’re valued.
- Become a sage of HR and managerial practices to provide expert advice that maximizes the value clients get from eBloom. Inspire them to innovate and to transform their workplace culture and leadership to boost workers engagement.
- Develop a deep and detailed understanding of our tool to creatively guide clients through its vast functionalities. Inspire them with innovative uses that make a real impact on their business.
- Quickly and effectively answer any questions clients might have about how to use the tool, its logic, or any other advice they need. Be the go-to expert who always has an answer or knows where to find one.
- Serve as the bridge between clients and our technical team. When a technical issue arises, ensure it's handled quickly and efficiently, boosting overall client satisfaction. When there's a request for a new feature, make sure to forward it to the technical team so that it can be integrated into our development roadmap.
🤩 Your profile
- You have an interest with leadership/management or with the HR sector and are driven by impacting people's well-being at work.
- You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
- You are a sociable person who likes to build new relationships.
- You're someone good at listening to others and their needs.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are reactive when it comes to answering your clients.
- You are a proactive and responsible person who pays attention to details and cares about getting things done properly.
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with challenges and ambitious goals.
- You are a team player who likes to be part of a team where everybody makes other grow
- Driving licence
