🚀 About us
eBloom is a fast-growing Belgian startup whose vision is to change the world of work. Launched five years ago, we are driven by ambitious missions:
- Transform current leadership into caring leadership
- Establish a strong feedback culture in every company
- Make all workers agents of change
- Promote digital for its limitless possibilities
To achieve these missions, we developed an innovative software that allows companies to truly value the voice of their people. We make it fast and easy for workers to share honest and valuable feelings anonymously about their professional experience. And these same workers can then contribute to changes and improvements directly from the app!
Thanks to dashboards, feedback is communicated real-time to managers and HR to give them a clear understanding of the situation in order to identify concrete levers to enhance employee experience.
The nature of our project creates certain technical exciting challenges:
- Enabling international use, ensuring the availability of different time zones and languages
- Maintaining a Web & Mobile application to enable any worker profile to Bloom
- Guaranteeing the anonymity of our users
- Being vigilant about the privacy of the sensitive data we collect
- Managing and processing a huge amount of data
To support these challenges, we’re using the following technologies: React.js, Express.js, Nest.js, Node.js, MySQL, Prisma, Cordova, AWS,...
More than 270.000 feedbacks have already been shared through our app! We are now looking for talents to help us take this figure to new heights!
