Thanks to dashboards, feedback is communicated real-time to managers and HR to give them a clear understanding of the situation in order to identify concrete levers to enhance employee experience.

💪🏻 Your mission

You will be responsible for leveraging our customer engagement data and integrating AI solutions to provide personalized recommendations to our clients.

Could this be you?

• Analyze customer engagement and satisfaction data to identify patterns and trends
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to generate personalized recommendations
• Create predictive algorithms to anticipate customer needs
• Collaborate with the technical team to integrate models into our platform
• Participate in the continuous improvement of our recommendation systems
• Present results and insights to stakeholders

🤩 Your profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Data Science or related field
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Data Scientist
• Proven experience in developing and deploying ML models in production
• Proactive, autonomous and fast-learning who takes ownership over solving hard problems
• Fluent in French, able to work in English
• Proficiency in Python and its Data Science libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Deep understanding of ML and Deep Learning techniques
• Strong SQL and database management skills
• You have an entrepreneurial mind driven by impact
• Interest in the HR sector and driven by our mission to improve people well-being at work
• You are a responsible person who pays attention to details and cares about getting things done properly
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment with challenges and ambitious goals
• You are a team player who likes to be part of a team where everybody makes other grow
